NDA & Confidentiality

Non-Disclosure Agreement

Your designs, molds, and specs stay yours. We sign NDAs on every OEM / ODM project before any confidential file changes hands.

Why We Sign NDAs

When you share a new product with us, you are sharing the value you've built. A signed NDA is how we prove we understand that — before you send a single file.

What a Signed NDA Means From Our Side

These are the commitments we make in writing, on every project:

01

Use for Your Project Only

Confidential information is used solely to evaluate, quote, and manufacture your products. Never for any other purpose.

02

Need-to-Know Access

Access is limited to the engineers and staff who must work on your project. No sharing with outside parties.

03

No Third-Party Disclosure

We do not disclose your designs, specs, or commercial terms to any third party without your written consent.

04

No Copy for Others

Your designs are not reused, adapted, or offered to other customers — including after the project ends.

05

Return or Destroy on Request

When the project ends (or you ask), we return or destroy all confidential materials and confirm it in writing.

06

Your IP Stays Yours

No intellectual property rights are transferred. Everything you own stays yours, protected by the agreement.

How to Get an NDA Signed

Four steps, usually completed within one business day.

2

We Send Our Template

You receive our standard mutual NDA in PDF (English / Chinese versions available).

3

Sign It

Sign electronically or print-and-sign. Your own template is fine too — we'll review and sign yours.

4

Share Your Files

Once signed, send designs and specs. Your project starts with full confidentiality.

NDA Questions We Get Asked

Do I have to sign your NDA template?

No. If your company has a standard NDA, send it over and we'll review and sign yours. Most clients simply use ours because it is mutual and balanced.

How long does it take?

Our own template is signed within one business day. If you send your company's template, allow one to three days for review on our side.

Is the NDA mutual (both ways)?

Yes. We protect your confidential information, and you protect ours. Both sides carry the same obligations.

How long does the agreement last?

Our standard term covers the discussion and cooperation period plus typically 3–5 years after it ends. Trade-secret level information (like mold designs) stays protected while it remains confidential.

Do certifications and compliance documents need an NDA too?

Yes. Certificates, mill test reports, and compliance declarations are provided under NDA on request — as stated on our certifications page.

Can we use our own electronic signature tool?

Absolutely. We accept DocuSign, Adobe Sign, or a simple scanned signed copy — whatever your legal team prefers.
